  1. Services Provided

Moore’s Lawn Maintenance offers lawn care and property maintenance services to residential and commercial clients in DuPage County, Illinois. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Fertilization and weed control
  • Core Aeration and seeding
  • Seasonal cleanups
  • Landscaping
  • Lawn mowing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.

  1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

  1. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our services are provided upon request and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept payments via Check, Zelle and Credit Card.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees and service suspension.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and safety of our crew, customers are expected to:

  • Remove any obstacles, such as toys or furniture, before scheduled service.
  • Secure pets and inform us of any potential hazards.
  • Pick up pet waste before the scheduled service to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our equipment and crew.
  • Provide access to the property as needed.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to mark anything buried in your lawn, i.e. underground sprinklers, underground lighting, electric dog fences, etc..

  1. Liability and Warranty

  • While we strive for excellence, Moore’s Lawn Maintenance is not liable for any accidental damage to property, except in cases of proven negligence.
  • Our services come with a satisfaction guarantee; if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We do not guarantee specific results as they depend on environmental factors and maintenance routines.
  • As noted, it is the customer’s responsibility to mark anything buried in your lawn, i.e., underground sprinklers, underground lighting, electric dog fences, etc.. Moore’s Lawn Maintenance is not responsible for damage to these types of items. Upon request, we can email you before the aerations or other services so you can mark these items.
